It’s a great location close to airport and restaurants. Rooms were clean. No extra towels, rude staff and didn’t have rooms available for handicapped persons on bottom floor. I’ll stay elsewhere for a better stay next time.

I had a emergency to visit my love one who was in the hospital in Tampa, Fl. My intention was to be there for one day. I was only in my hotel room for a few hours and I then I checked out. Outside of being invaded by roaches and sleeping with the lights on and the breakfast being below school breakfast, the stay was durable🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️.

The hotel's parking lot is bordering the airport, planes depart/arrive day and night, when they do, the noise is significant and the property vibrates, woke us up a few times. Our room was 252 facing the runway. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. Water pressure in bathroom sink is very low. Hotel guests in room next door had a party all night and the smell of **** was overwhelming. Tried to call the reception at 3 am to report it, but the phone made crackling sound and dialing 0 wouldn't work. We endured this for a few more hours until they finally went quiet at 6 am.
You get what you pay for. I understand that the hotel cannot do anything about the location, but cleaning practices should be improved as well as monitoring the property at night to ensure that disturbing guests are made accountable.

Hotel was basic and outdated but prices were reasonable. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast that was included was acceptable. The TV was very small, room was semi clean, not great but beds were comfortable. We stayed for two nights and I did notice two German roaches on our last day. Not sure I would choose to stay here again but in a pinch I may consider.

Lobby where breakfast is served is not very accessible to anyone in a wheelchair. There were quite a few tiles in the room we stayed in that were loose as well too.

the rooms was well kept the breakfast was awsome!!!! no smoking rooms are great, but the area outside the no smoking rooms should be none smoking areas. if it is, it's not inforced.
